Knuckles Grip Beverage and Lifestyle Brand Company is a newly formed company that holds trademarks, global patents and manufacturing mold(s) related to a unique cutting edge beverage bottle design. The packaging and design is patent and trademark protected for virtually all beverage and personal care product lines both domestically and globally. Our unique patented bottle design can be made in any size and out of multiple materials.
Knuckles Grip is a business looking to gain a strategic (possibly exclusive) marketing partnership with two primary enterprise organizations. The first being a national/internationally established and recognized Entertainment Company with a brand that offers an exclusive entertainment product through which to promote a new beverage brand in a unique patented Knuckles Grip bottle design. The second enterprise partner would be a national/internationally established and recognized Beverage Company with a brand name that would have the expertise and capacity to bottle, distribute, and market a new beverage line using the revolutionary patented Knuckles Grip bottle design.
Each strategic enterprise would enter into a strategic marketing partnership agreement with Knuckles Grip Beverage and Lifestyle Brand Company that would be established for a predetermined duration, for predetermined and specified bottled beverages for a negotiated strategic marketing partnership fee. This contract would have an option(s) for the strategic partners to extend the duration should they so desire for an additional strategic marketing partnership fee at the time of extension.
A beverage product, products or product line would be established upon agreement of all parties to target the appropriate market demographic of all three (3) strategic partners. Knuckles Grip Beverage and Lifestyle Brand Company would manufacture and deliver the beverage bottles to the bottling company at a pre-negotiated cost per unit based upon the quantity required by the beverage-bottling partner. The Brand name beverage bottling company would then bottle, label, and distribute the new beverage product line to be introduced during the exclusive entertainment events promoted by the established entertainment promoter. Each of the strategic partners would then share in the profits associated with the new beverage product line introduction.
The long term goal would be to introduce a brand new beverage product line that would gain national/international recognition from the uniquely recognizable Knuckles Grip bottle design/packaging that would provide each of the strategic partners a pre-negotiated portion of the profits associated with all bottled beverage sales globally. We would also hope that the long-term benefit to the strategic partner beverage company would be to gain greater shelf space and ultimately market share of the growing bottled beverage market both domestically and globally. The strategic partner entertainment promoter would develop an ancillary, likely consistent, profit flow from the sale of a beverage product that is diversified away from their direct core entertainment business.
Knuckles Grip Beverage and Lifestyle Brand Company has completed what we believe is sufficient market research within various demographic groups that suggests that our patented and uniquely recognizable design of the Knuckles Grip Bottle, will gain rapid acceptance from the beverage market both domestically and globally.
Therefore, the Knuckles Grip Beverage and Lifestyle Brand Company wanted to approach established recognizable strategic marketing partners rather than to start its own grass roots bottling and beverage company. This latter Grass Roots approach, utilizing our own “Knuckles Grip Brand” in our patented bottle design is another potential way to implement a launch that we would be willing to pursue.
